Exhaust and sprayed water manifold completely in stainless steel with high surface area cooling jacket. The cooled wet exhaust system ensures that no heat or vibration is transferred through the 40 mm. rubber hose.

Self-priming bronze sea water cooling pump directly coupled to the engine without a V belt. Reliability and longer operating life with reduced maintenance. Fitted on the top to allow easy service access. Water connection 19 mm. diameter.

Electrical components and connections are inside a protective enclosure with easy access.

Soundproof capsule in reinforced fiberglass with high density bitumen lining for efficient sound deadening. The upper capsule is split in 2 for ease of access and maintenance.

A generator with Synchronus AC alternator windings specially developed to produce a sinusoidal wave which does not interfere with other on-board electronics. This spike-free power supply is particularly important where modern computer-based navigation systems and other sophisticated consumers are employed. The alternator is fully watercooled via a stainless steel jacket so therefore needs no forced ventilation ensuring minimum noise levels.

Remote control panel with 10 meters cable and connecting plug. It incorporates pre-heating, start and stop push buttons and an LED analogue load indicator. Automatic shut-down for low oil pressure or over-heating and starter motor interlock prohibits re-start when engine running. Safety employ for unattended operation too.

Double antivibrating system based on 4 soft shock absorbers inside the casing and 4 more outside on the rigid mounting frame. The effect is to minimize vibration across a large frequency range.

Silenced air intakes to the engine combustion area. The soundproofed channel restricts any sound escape.

Permanently fitted and connected engine lubricating oil sump pump for safe, clean and quick servicing.

Indirect cooling circuit via heat exchanger allowing optional heat recovery for the caloriifer or cabin heating. Working at optimum temperature the engine efficiency is at maximum resulting in virtually zero exhaust emission.
